Training courses have been developed to help both individuals and organisations understand the TUPE transfer sequence from initiation through to contract award. There are half-day awareness sessions, or one-day workshops, available. These take place in our offices in Gloucester or can be delivered at the clients premises, if that is preferred.
In addition to the sessions shown above, we can provide senior managers with short, but very focussed, briefings on TUPE and its wider implications, covering, for example, the circumstances where outsourcing might be an option for organisations and the decision points involved.
