Having spent many years working on major successful business change programmes, K2 HR Solutions was founded by David Clawley and Colin Knapman in 2012.
We at K2 believe that many organisations, be they large Government Departments of State, local councils, insourcing companies and companies merging or downsizing, can benefit hugely from our knowledge, and the services we offer, to get the HR outcomes right from the outset.
Our vast knowledge and experience in business change, can be applied readily to assist organisations with planning and implementing the HR aspects of strategic change. This includes planning, project management, financial scrutiny procedures, business case authorship and/or review, due diligence, TUPE, bid evaluation and commercial negotiations.
