Our History
In K2's short history we have had a significant impact on a number of projects. Activities within these projects include:
- Creating a new organisational structure (Commisioning and Managing Organisation) to manage a large logistics contract.
- Due diligence, job analysis, activity scoping
- Defining the organisational entity to be transferred and the skill sets requiried
- Developing the commercial documents to enable staff transfer
- Bid evaluation, commercial negotiations
- Presenting the impact of transfer and TUPE regulations. Managing inter-personal issues and sensitivities, eg staff concerns, potential redundancies
- Facilitate help desk support, designed faqs and responses
- Designing the recruitment requirements, TORs for c.100 new roles
- Personnel interviewing
- Drafting papers and consultative documents, HR Strategy and Plans
- Negotiating and advising Bidders and jointly presenting with them
